PitchHub is Stellantis Insurance’s quarterly innovation program where employees develop and pitch new product, service, or partnership ideas. It is part of the Drive Tomorrow strategy and aims to bring forward solutions that are smart, seamless, and simple.
Each PitchHub cycle is built around a theme selected jointly by the Executive Committee and the Review Committee to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic priorities.
Any employee can submit an idea, regardless of department or role. Heads of Department will also be required to submit one idea each cycle as part of the structured review process.
Yes. You can submit an idea on your own as long as it’s complete. If your idea is selected, the PitchHub Team will help you build the right team and match you with the skillsets needed to take your idea forward.
Yes — PitchHub events are open to all employees.
No – PitchHub is open to all employees, and anyone can submit an idea.
