About the PitchHub Program

Launched in March 2026, the PitchHub program is a quarterly initiative designed to spark creativity, empower employees, and strengthen collaboration across departments and, where relevant, with external partners. Each edition is built around a theme jointly selected by the Executive Committee and the Review Committee, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Employees from across the business come together to form cross-functional teams and develop new products, services, or partnership ideas. The journey reaches a pivotal moment at the PitchHub event, where teams present their solutions to the Judging Panel — supported by industry experts and external collaborators. During the event, selected ideas undergo their first round of collaborative refinement through live workshops involving the audience. After PitchHub, the Business Development Department takes the lead in nurturing these concepts and ensuring that key outcomes are captured in a comprehensive post‑event report, enabling the ideas to continue evolving toward real-world implementation.

The program aims to deliver at least one validated concept per year, ready for executive review and potential incubation — reinforcing our commitment to innovation, collaboration, and diversified growth.

The Resident Review Committee

The Review Committee plays a central role in the PitchHub process, serving as the first evaluation stage for all submitted ideas.

It is composed of six resident members: the PitchHub core team together with the Innovation Pillar Leaders from the broader Drive Tomorrow strategic program. These individuals bring a combination of operational insight, strategic foresight, and subject‑matter expertise to the early assessment of proposals.

In certain cycles, additional members of the Executive Committee may be invited to participate in the review process, providing further strategic input and ensuring alignment with the company’s long‑term direction.

The Review Committee evaluates each submission using a balanced and forward‑looking framework. Key considerations include:

  • Strategic Alignment: How well the idea supports the Drive Tomorrow strategy.
  • Innovation Potential: The degree to which the proposal introduces originality, opens new opportunities, or challenges existing ways of working.
  • Feasibility and Impact: Whether the idea can realistically be developed and implemented, and the potential value it can create for customers, partners, or internal operations.
  • Cross‑Departmental Relevance: How effectively the idea brings together perspectives or tools from multiple areas of the business, encouraging collaboration and shared ownership.

Beyond these core criteria, the Review Committee also considers:

  • Simplistic & Customer Value: Solutions that reduce complexity for customers and for internal teams, making them straightforward to explain, deliver, and scale.
  • Scalability: Can the solution grow or evolve into a wider product, service, or partnership?
  • Strategic Differentiation: Does it strengthen Stellantis Insurance’s ability to stand out in a competitive landscape or advance new forms of distribution?

The Judging Panel

The Judging Panel represents the highest level of evaluation within the PitchHub program, ensuring that the most promising ideas receive recognition and support for further development.
The panel is primarily composed of members of the Executive Committee, with our CEO, Raphaele, serving as the Chairperson. Their collective leadership ensures that the final assessments reflect the company’s strategic priorities and long‑term ambition under the Drive Tomorrow program.

To enrich the decision‑making process, the Judging Panel may also include external experts from relevant fields, bringing specialised perspectives, industry insights, and independent viewpoints that strengthen the overall evaluation.

Each PitchHub event convenes a panel of three to five judges, offering a balanced mix of strategic leadership and subject‑matter expertise.

The Judging Panel focuses on identifying ideas with the highest potential for real‑world impact, considering factors such as:

  • Strategic contribution: How well the idea advances Stellantis Insurance’s 2030 ambition of delivering seamless, smart, and customer‑centric insurance solutions.
  • Originality and boldness: The degree to which the idea challenges conventional thinking and opens new pathways for innovation.
  • Business and customer value: Its potential to create meaningful improvements, efficiencies, or new opportunities for growth.
  • Implementation potential: Whether the idea is viable, scalable, and capable of being developed into a future product, service, or partnership.
  • Presentation quality: Clarity, impact, and the team’s ability to articulate the idea and its relevance.

Together, the Judging Panel plays a crucial role in selecting the concepts that will progress into deeper development, supporting the company’s commitment to innovation and future‑ready transformation.
